Heritage Dry Cleaners

Pretty shocking quality of cleaning. Still dirty patches they have missed, creased, and smells of rain water so I'm not actually sure they even cleaned it! Disappointed and won't be going back.

Decent prices, good to support local businesses, but didn't quite get a stain out

I called this cleaners to enquire about prices and methods of payment. The man on the phone was abrupt and impolite, no pleases or thankyous and not even a goodbye, so once I hung up I downloaded an app instead and will dry clean elsewhere. Manners cost nothing - especially when more and more local shops are closing due to online competition. Just a word of advice!

Could not recommend these guys enough, they went above and beyond for me over the Christmas period - very thankful indeed!
On the afternoon of the 23rd Dec I remembered I needed to get a blazer dry cleaned in time for my mum's wedding a few days later but no one could get the job done for me before Xmas day, understandably...! However the lovely man at Heritage Dry Cleaners said he'd be able to do it as he could tell how much it needed to be done and even dropped it off at my house too the next day, on Christmas Eve, passed the time he was meant to be working!!! Wonderful service and brilliant job done on the cleaning too! Make sure you go here! Thanks again Heritage :)
