Absolutely appalling - I advise anyone to give them a very wide berth. Staff, though friendly, are incompetent and have no idea what they're doing. Was quoted the wrong price and shirts had creases ironed into them when they were returned! One shirt came back with a coffee stain still on it, though I was notified of this. Another shirt had a new stain on it! I shall never use them again, and I would advise anyone else to do the same.

Please do not make the mistake of using them you'll regret it. They will ruin your clothes. My designer jeans are faded, my cashmere jumper has bubbles and shirts are damaged. I was new to the area and needed a new dry cleaners. I have learned a tough lesson

Fantastic service. I had a few pair of trousers altered and used their online ordering service, this was great as I don't live near the tailors. The customer service given was also spot on and was communicated throughout.
I would throughly recommend them and will be using them for future alterations.

I've had a great experience with them..i gave my dress for alteration and it turned very good. They did an awsome job. I am satisfied with their deliver services also because it was on time. Overall i have a great experience with them.

I have found this tailor on Google. At first I was sceptical because of the many bad reviews. They collected my trousers and done 4 alterations in a day. It was super affordable, the trousers came back nicely packaged and on hangers. Every time I messaged them, they replied on the website immediately. 5 star service, I will use them again.

I gave them my Coat for sleeve alteration and they professionally did it and very timely as well
