Excellent service - ironing was picked up on time and returned within two days. The team were really friendly and the price was great. Would definitely recommend.

Had them do my ironing for a few years. Ironing is always immaculate. Pick up and next day delivery on time. They do next day dry cleaning too. Can't fault the quality & service. Brilliant company.

NEL is very efficient and very prompt. They treat your clothes with respect. I've never had cause to complain about anything. And I've been using them for years.

Mark was quick to respond and able to help out with my order for dry cleaning. When the order changed last minute, it was no problem and even advised me on their prices so I didn't waste my money!

I have had my winter coat dry cleaned some weeks ago here. I guess the reason for the cheap price (11£?) is the low quality - my coat wasn’t brushed, with dog hairs still attached. I had to take it another dry cleaning shop in Clapton, where I paid 5£ more for a full service and my coat looked brand new.

Put in a winter coat for dry cleaning and a bag for zip replacement. The coat came out with stains on the outside where the buttons are on the inside, the bag was fitted with an inferior quality zip with paint flaking off. Would not use again.

Great service. They did 10kg of laundry for me in less than 24hrs at a good price.
