I required sleeve shortening for 6 suit jackets and 2 coats. The service was very professional, and items were collected and delivered promptly. The alterations themselves were done to a very high standard. I will no doubt be using their services again and would highly recommend to anyone who wants highly quality no fuss alterations and dry cleaning.

These are the best dry cleaners and tailors in London. The staff is very professional and speedy to get the job done. I have been coming for many years and altered all sorts of Indian dress wear, tuxedos, suits, many trousers and shirts too. Recently my zip on my bag and coat was repaired. Excellent honest prices and very reliable. I will not use anyone else and neither should you. A*******

DO NOT GO HERE. Last year, I used this person's alterations services. The first batch of suits and trousers, he gave me a receipt with prices clearly listed. On collection everything went fine and expectations met. BUT when I came back the 2nd time a week later with more things to alter, he told me I didn't need a receipt and not to worry about it (the typical: don't worry about it brother, all is good, line). I was mindful that I needed prices on paper but because I trusted him I said no receipt was fine. So, when I came back to collect the items, he had over charged me by a few hundred pounds claiming his tailor did extra jobs. It was one of those over pricing the customer cons!! Doing jobs that the customer didn't ask for cons, to get more money. After debating with him, I had to meet in the middle and pay him a middle price, which was still an increase of what was promised. Lastly, to show proof that I went here for his service, the main owner at the desk is an Asian male, around 50 to 60 years old, from Pakistan. Speaks reasonable good English not 100% fluent.

The man was quite hostile in nature, wouldnt measure my partner until he requested he then tried over charging to £40 for basic alteration.. the work trousers were free and i should have just purchased my own i paid him £25 and my trousers are still BAGGY

Excellent service, had jeans shortened, no issues. Very trust worthy as well, returned money for work that didn’t require doing which I appreciated.

I don't trust anything the staff say in this shop and never coming back here. I took his promise but he keep his promise to me and he will not listen to me. Also, he probably didn't take me seriously as I'm female.

I'm very very disappointed with the service here. I got my skirt shortened and I wasn't happy with how they finished it as they just cut the material by scissors and saw the edge twice. The manager said it's £13 initial then when I took my skirt, he said £20. I managed to discount it to £15. He promised that the quality is good that's why the best he could do is £15. When I picked it up, I wasn't happy and he said he can bring it back if I'm not happy.

The edge of materials is coming off so I took it back and asked to fold and saw one more time.

The manager denied that it's fine and not coming off. I repeated a number of times that it will come off as I only washed it once and it already starting to come off. I told him he assured that I can bring back if I'm not happy. I kept saying it's fine as it's a good job until I got very mad at him as he wasn't not listening to me at all. It wasn't going anywhere. He didn't keep his promise and I trusted his promise.

My friend's silk shirts has been also ruined by this cleaner as well.

Amazing service I was on a tight schedule to get a few items dry cleaned was picked up the very next day and dropped off the day after! I would use them again. Very affordable and amazing customer service. If I could rate this more than 5 stars I would!
