Aristocrat Dry Cleaners

On visiting London, I have used Aristocrat Dry Cleaners in London on a number of occasions for Alterations, Repairs and Dry Cleaning. On each occasion I have found the work carried out to be outstanding and the staff very professional in appearance and knowledge of the profession. I would highly recommend Aristocrat Dry Cleaners to anyone needing Garment repairs and Dry Cleaning.

Quite expensive and mixed service.

Tailoring of two trousers took 7 days. They initially told me 6 days after I had already paid (which was already strange given you can get this done on 2-3 days normally). Then on Day 6 still not done and I had to come back on Day 7. No discount offered afterwards which I found quite annoying.

It’s also the priciest place in the area. I paid £42 for two trousers. Other places charge below £30 for that. They also don’t show a price card anywhere which makes you wonder 🤔.

Much better to go to Marylebone high (Perkins dry cleaners) or Crawford street (Crawford Tailors) - both of which are quicker and much cheaper than Aristocrats.

Took a brand new suit in to be pressed. They charged the same price as dry cleaning. When I questioned him regarding this, they said they could even charge me express surcharge on top. I didn't ask for a same day service and specifically told them there was no hurry.
Suit has been ironed nicely but nobody likes to be ripped off. Disappointing when you are trying to support small independent businesses.

Great thanks to Aristocrat dry cleaners although I’ve been using their service for couple of years now and always amazing results but last week they saved my favourite vintage jacket, a ballpen leaked inside the pocket and into the lining I was really stressed about it but the guys at Aristocrat open the lining cleaned all the Inside and stitched it back just like brand new… I’m really happy. Thank a million.

Very good dry-cleaning service.. staffs are polite, very experienced and very good at explaining and giving advice about fabric care and cleaning. Prices are reasonable so is turned around time.

The owner was now commenting on my review 6 years ago! But no I don’t leave 1 star review “randomly” as it can cause impact to the business. I used to live very close to the shop however I chose to use it only once and regularly went to a dry clean shop further away, due to quality concerns.

Aristocrat perform all my dry cleaning and work-related laundry. The team and friendly, polite and professional and no job is too big or too small. They even helped me out last minute when I needed a brand new shirt ironed for Black Tie event which was starting less than 90 minutes before I went to see them.
