Dry Cleaning - Genuinely the best place we’ve had our stuff done. Pillows came back super clean and fluffy, would highly recommend.

Tailoring - We got some stuff tailored here and honestly it was just alright. I asked for some holes sewing up in some trousers and they just outright didn’t do them. I couldn’t be bothered going back and mentioning it, but I definitely wouldn’t take stuff here again. Even the bits they did weren’t great.

Got a suit and shirt dry cleaned here after attending a wedding. Friendly staff providing impeccable service at a reasonable price. What more can you ask for? This will be my to-go dry cleaner from now on.

They’re really quick, friendly and get rid of stains that other dry cleaners have never managed to clean. They even fold and pack the shirts up so nicely that it feels like they’re brand new 🤩

Gave these people an expensive length of material to make a curtain for my living room. Despite all measurements being clearly stated, they bodged the job not just once but twice, first making the curain back to front and then mismatching the fabric and making it 11cm too short! Admitting that they'd made mistakes, they then wanted a third attempt which would involve cobbling something together out of leftover material and reducing the hems in the curtain. I asked for my money back - not a small sum for a pensioner - but they have failed to give me a single penny of the hundreds owed, even though this is in contravention of Consumer Law. So despite the charming manners and the friendly demeanour, I'm obliged to conclude that they are unscrupulous traders who don't give a toss either about me or their legal obligations.

Brought in a second hand puffer jacket that had definitely seen better days. It was clear from the start that it was gonna be in the right hands, the staff is super friendly and professional. The jacket was ready exactly by the time they said it would and it looks immaculate. Couldn't be happier!

Brought in a vintage down coat that had seen better days. They completely brought it back to life, it's like new! It's suede as well so not an easy job but they did great and were really friendly to boot!
