Completely ruined a very expensive leather jacket with a hefty dry cleaning bill, leather came back extremely damaged, colour gone, and extremely rough. Won't stop chasing me for the payment, but refuses to deal with my jacket being ruined.

Avoid at all costs, they have no knowledge whatsoever of dealing with some of the brands and materials they claim to, extremely unprofessional and uncourteous staff.

I have been a customer for over five years and never had a problem. When I have had an urgent request for a last minute meeting and need my suit the next day as long as I ring up earlier enough I can collect it and still get the same professional standard of work. I would definitely recommend Mr Steeds Dry Cleaners without a shadow of a doubt.

It's always such a pleasure to take my dry cleaning to this shop. Not only is the service first class, but the staff are a good laugh as well!! My clothes need to be pristine, and this is the perfect place to bring them. Also, the shop has a royal seal. What is good enough for the Queen, is good enough for me!!

I had a coat with a very stubborn stain and no other dry cleaner has been able to adequately sort it out for me. I contacted Nigel who took coat and returned it stain free and looking as good as new. Thank you so much to Nigel and the team. Highly recommended!!!

Sent my Hermes silk scarf in for cleaning after being recommended by the Hermes store. Spoke to them over the phone and offered there postal service as I am in Somerset. I must say they have managed to remove stains that my normal dry cleaners couldn’t do. Absolutely fabulous.

Today I visited the new branch of Mr Steeds to have a stain removed from my Moncler jacket. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, I couldn’t recommend them enough! They were able to remove the strain from my jacket, it looked brand new. Very impressed, I will be back.

Really top quality dry cleaning here. The pressing was particularly impressive. I’ve used various dry cleaners for my designer clothing over the years but this is right up there. Thanks!
