Zara dry cleaners are the best dry cleaners in the area. Tariq was very helpful and managed to remove all the staines from my jubbah even though i tried everything. Definitely would recommend 5*!

The service was very poor, the man who I assume is the manager and/ or owner said my item would be ready for a specific day (Friday) when I came to collect he said it wasn’t there and wouldn’t be ready until Tuesday or Wednesday, I needed it for an event on the Sunday so had to rush to buy something else. He implied that I was lying when I challenged him about what we had discussed and his communication/ manner was poor to say he has a customer facing role. Don’t use this dry cleaner and take your custom elsewhere.

Brought my dress here because it ripped in 2 places.
They did a great job and you couldn't tell that it had been damaged.

I went in to zara Dry Cleaners and gave in a pair of jeans to have the length adjusted for the same day. The manager was polite and asked his seamstress to get them sorted quickly for me. I got my jeans back within the hour.

Genuine and polite staff. Will go back again.

This is an edit of my original review, which was one star because the alteration wasnt the way I wanted, however, they contacted me offering a full refund as well as fixing the shirt that I thought they had ruined. In the end they did a very good job and I'm happy with the result.

Great service. I brought my suit here for a last minute next day dry clean and they did everything to help me out. They said it would be ready the next morning and it was.
