The Dry Cleaning Well

Shunk my curtains by more than 20cm, and wont provide a refund for the damages. The owner does not offer a VAT receipt and has openly said that he does not pay tax. I will be going to Inland revenue. He is avoiding paying tax and ripping off customers. It will not cost me the customer a lot more to replace the curtains.
