Don't expect any professional response to your complaint when a fabric is returned to you ruined. We were faced by lies and no attempt to explain how the fabric became stained nor was there any obligation to see if the material could be saved by any other treatment. There was a refusal to return the cost of the 'cleaning' and despite their statement displayed in the window regarding compensation made no effort to explore this redress. All in all it was a disgraceful encounter.

I came back from Jamaica 7 months ago and my dad collected my coats while I was aboard, my coats which was a present for my birthday and the other coat which I bought for my sister for Christmas were both damaged. I’ve demanded a refund 7 MONTHS AGO and still waiting. Very unprofessional no customer service from the manager. I’ve given them proof of purchase and gave them my bank details to transfer the money but still nothing!!!!!

Very bad me and my family have been using this dry cleaners since I was a baby and still can’t believe the mannerism of what they are doing!!

I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANERS!!!!!!! They ruined my partners coat and wouldn’t give him a refund. It’s been 7months since they’ve damaged the coat and my partner is struggling to get in contact with a manager to get his money back.

They have ruined our clothes with whatever chemicals they use and didn’t refund fees. Store manager Alem Joseph was rude and aggressive. Another colleague Wongel told us they don’t care about their customers because they have many more than us.
This is very very bad, don’t go there and go to another service. Save yourself a trouble and money.

Please DO NOT use this service. They will ruin your clothes and your mental health. It’s a nut case. They ruin all of clothes and they said it’s just worn out although it’s all new. I want to call the police if possible - it’s a total fraud. They do not take any responsibility.

They are scammers and horrible people. Ruined my £600 coat and haven't offered anything. Unprofessional. They have not idea how to dry clean clothes. It's such a shame. they should close down

When is a dry cleaner not a dry cleaner? When you can't pick your shirts up!!!

Closed on Saturday, thought it was due to the bank holiday but closed today as well.

Not answering their phone number.
No notice on the front of the shop.
What's going on?

I only wish I’d read the reviews before getting a suit dry-cleaned here. Suit jacket, came back ruined!!! It looked like someone else had worn it out, white paint splatter that couldn’t be removed all over it and foot prints on it too!!!Utterly appalling costumer service when addressing the issue which clearly was from their end! The employe working there insinuated that it happened after collection!! I pride myself on my honesty & giving local businesses my custom, but this set up just takes the biscuit! Never again!!! and I’d urge other people to NEVER USE THIS DREADFUL DRY CLEANING SERVICE! Find a different more reputable place that will take care of your garments. Tried numerous times to contact ‘manager’ but was stonewalled by the staff.
