Absolutely amazing customer service. I took my white dress and my husbands suit for it to be tailored, and they did such an amazing job! They went above and beyond my expectations and I cannot thank them enough. Very clean finishing stitching and They also advise me on what they would recommend. Very very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend and I will definitely be using again in the future.

Terrible service. Gave specific instructions to alter motorcycle jeans for armoured pockets. Did it wrong the first time, ignoring the instructions, which the staff were well aware of (she even made the sewing line herself).

Gave it back to be corrected but after a week, they never called to say it was ready. After chasing, they couldn't locate the (very expensive) jeans. The owner kept saying he'd call me back several times but never did, so I had to keep going in to chase it up, with the staff saying they had no clue. Eventually found my jeans but they had done NOTHING after an extra week! So paid full price for doing a job incorrectly, giving limited functionality to those pockets.

There are much better tailors in the area, so I don't know why I decided to trust these guys with the job.

Ducane’s did a wonderful job re-lining a vintage coat of mine. They redid the entire lining, kept the original vintage tags, and added new buttons. The job required skill and attention and I would trust them with similar items in the future.

I gave them a my piece of clothing and they did magic on it. The lady at this dry cleaners is very understanding of the customer needs and will deliver in the final results. Thank you for your services and look forward to do buisness again soon. 😀

I bought new curtains for my house that I newly moved into and it was too long for my windows. So I asked Ducane to shorten it for me they did it in 2 days which was very quick for those big curtains they also cleaned it aswell. I am very impressed with this service and highly recommend these dry cleaners

I brought my late father’s silk scarf in for repair. It’s at least 50 years old and very special to me. It was getting tatty and needed careful and sensitive repairs. Arta looked after it perfectly. I am delighted - good service and I thoroughly recommended them.
