Terri's Dry Cleaning and Professional Ironing

Staff are nice and polite, however their delivery service is appalling. 4 due deliveries over the last 8 days and we only have some of our items back for what should be one drop off. Not shown up again tonight.

Fantastic service, reliable and hardworking, even working in the snow now...got my ironing back tonight, less than 12 hour turn around, I don't know where these bullsh*t horrible reviews are coming from, (must be someone in competition) one of the first ironing companies, in the area, started by mother, now daughter running things, honest people, wouldn't use anyone else, lovely ladies, all that are involved, many thanks for years of service. won't be beaten on price, service or reliability!

They do their very best to accommodate everyone! can not fault them, Denise works so hard at it, and does above and beyond to help, in anyway she can, always polite and friendly, and if she can get it done early she does....well done all at terri's! The drivers even though they are rushed off their feet, are also polite and friendly.

ive been using terris for the past 10 years now.and have also found them to be proffesional honest and trustworthy .infact i once left £340.00in my trouser pocket .terris informed me and returned it to me,even though i was even aware it was missing as i thought i had banked it.the staff are friendly and can not do enough to go that extra mile especially at short notice .i have recently been informed by them that they have undertaken carpet cleaning .i had no hesitation in booking them for me and my family ,as i have no hesitation in recommending them in all aspect of work they may undertake as their service is 2nd to none
