Find the ironing Servives to be spot on, delivering it back can some times a bit off but over all they are a good company and really handy to have local to me.

Excellent service, staff reliable and helpful, no problems.

Do not spend a penny in this dry cleaners, customer service does not exist in this company, very rude, waited for delivery and did not arrive not even a phone call, two days later i had to chase them up and go to the shop my self. 1 star is too much.

It shouldn’t be this difficult to get a shirt ironed so it’s good enough to wear. Had to re-iron the whole lot. Won’t bother again.

Choose a different company if you can. Customer service doesn’t exist, I’ve called to ask to move my delivery and I have been told nobody was in the office at that time 7pm! How is this possible if you plan deliveries until 10pm?? I have been told they would contact the delivery driver and block the delivery...it didn’t happen. I have received a message saying my duvet was delivered. Where if nobody was at home? I paid £21 and lost my items. Never Again!

I’ve been using LL for sometime whenever I need and they provide me a good helpful service.

Dropped in a bag of wet towels/tea towels one day and picked them up dry the next day. What's more to say? Good job, friendly service. Rushed out and was 50p short, helpfull lady just said leave it till next time. Used them beforehand will do again.

This is the 3rd laundry I am now on to, over a 20 year period. The 1st one, used for 10 years for nearby convenience, rarely had the clothes ready at time arramged. The 2nd one for 8 years was good on delivery times, and I was happy with them, but the staff were a bit moody, brushing off their personal problems on to customer satisfaction.
Lovelaundry is out of this world. They attend to their customers needs very seriously, are ALWAYS VERY friendly and my clothes are ready before the allocated time. I will not need to move elsewhere any more now. Thank you everyone at Lovelaundry.
