Blackheath Dry Cleaners

Very POOR!!! Twice i have taken my shirts to be pressed here and they have come back looking like they have just been washed and hung and left!!! Double lines on the shirts sleeves. I served in the Army and can tell you this is a poor effort in pressing. If you want a good dry cleaners in blackheath go to belmont dry cleaners so much better.

My experience is that the staff are very friendly and helpful and they provide a good service. I thought they had lost my trousers and the owner even offered to pay to replace them but it turned out I was in the wrong and I'd actually collected the trousers and mislaid them at home - they were very understanding and nice about it.

Not happy with the service I received! Put in two brand new expensive items, got home to discover buttons missing off the suit jacket aswell as creases on the arms and hem all hanging down from the dress. Had to take the dress too Belmont dry cleaners to get repaired!

Awful. Picked up my wool coat, it was dull and washed out in colour and had white streaks down it. Was reliably told that this was down to wear and tear. Also clear discrepancy between the colour of the cuffs and shoulders; I think the detergent used is too strong. Has ruined the aesthetic. Not sure what I can do about it. Not happy overall £45 worth of work done and genuinely not happy. Avoid.

Poor quality and service.
Used them for the first time as close to work.
Still has marks and new pen and other marks which were not there before. Also charged twice for a ladies shirt and not informed at the time of booking.
Will be using dry cleaners closer to home again. You have not gained a customer..

Such a good service. The staff are always friendly and helpful and honest... if they think the mark won’t come out they’ll tell you! Good price too 😀

REALLY quick, reliable and friendly staff willing to go the extra mile. Been using these for many years. Highly recommended.

Took in a satin dress to be dry cleaned as it was incredibly wrinkled when it arrived in the mail. Came back in perfect condition with all of the wrinkles gone.
