BOGUS DRY CLEANERS! Very disappointing service. Took my coat in to be washed and properly dry cleaned when I got home found that there was a new stain on the front as well as the original stain on the inner lining which I took it in for. More so it looked like the coat was not ironed and I discovered that where they used to attach their dry cleaning tag 4 holes were made in the inner lining.

Took it back and asked them what was going on? Two Asian men both claimed to be managers stated that because they offered me a discount as a neighbour the coat was not washed but a chemical rubbed on it...? I'm not an expert but this is not dry professional cleaning. Also, apparently you have to tell them where the stain(s) are if you want them removed? When I queried the new holes in the lining they did not comment and said they would come out when ironed. Obviously they did not iron the coat either.

I asked for the coat to be washed and dry cleaned properly again as I was dissatisfied with the service and they stated that would cost another £15 on top of the £12 I had already paid.

I found both men really rude, one if the men was boarderline aggressive. Showed no professionalism at all. Definitely would not use this dry cleaners again, they are not washing people's clothes. Feels like I handed them my coat plus £12 and they put it straight in a plastic sleeve and hung it on the rail straight away for me to collect the next day.

Terrible service, I left a blazer to be dry cleaned and one button sawn on the front, 10 days and it wasn't ready, they had to send it away for a button to be sawn on the front what a joke, what kind of dry cleaners is that, unreliable!! if you need something dry cleaned for a specific time they will say they can do it then let you down and they are expensive so what are you paying for. All the guy did was laugh when I told him it's unacceptable. Don't use it

Excellent service remove all the stains and no chemical small in clothes

They had 4 days to clean 2 SIMBA pillow cases. When i turned up to pick them up i was told that they are still "drying out" even tho they are not meant to be washed.. When i finally picked them up next day they were i the same conditions as i left them.. then the guy proceed to make things up like - we warned you that we cannot guarantee that we clean up the stain.. (they never actually did...)

Very rude man that works there! Took 2 blazers in to be professionally cleaned and come.back as grubby as I took them. Told the man I wasnt happy and he basically told me to wash them myself if I'm not happy!!

DO NOT USE THEM! Ruined my £200 coat was rude and would t do anything about it, I had leather on the coat and it all fell apart they said they followed instructions on the coat and that’s my problem not theirs!
Would not pay for damage and still charged me for dry cleaning!
I’m beyond disappointed with the experience.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! Lost my belt on a £200 winter coat. Tried to persuade me that I didn't give him the belt with the coat. Avoid this dry cleaners. I insisted he pay me compensation - he paid me £25. I'm amazed this place is still in business!! If this happens to you ask to be compensated as you are entitled legally to ask and receive financial compensation.
