I often used them. But just came on holiday and unpacked my rayon dress which is supposed to be cold hand washed. I'm gutted! The dress has lost it's vibrant red and blue colours. I have a belt which was never dry cleaned and it clearly shows the difference. I can't attach the image but I will be coming back to ask for compensation when back from holiday in September. This dress costed me £250!!!!
