Horrific experience with this awful dry cleaners! They ruined 2 of my dresses by creating holes all around the bottom, near the seam where they had been taken up. When I went in to claim my money back for their wrong doing, I was spoken to disgustingly, and they refused to give me any money as they said 'it wasn't their fault'. It wasn't until after I put up a fight that they refunded me the money I paid for them to be taken in, however they would not give me the money for the dresses they ruined! So disappointed, very rude and TERRIBLE customer service. Avoid at all costs!

Great dry cleaners and the owners are lovely too

Received rude and unprofessional service. Went to return 2 keys that had been incompetently made and did not work in my lock. Instead of an apology, the owner was rude and dismissive; preposterably claiming that the keys were not cut there - this inspite of my showing the receipt and bank transaction to prove it happened 2 days before! Don't get keys cut here - they don't know what they are doing. Would not recommend doing any business with this outfit. Absurd way to run a customer facing business.

All round fantastic experience. Dry cleaning and repairs service is faultless, you will not find better. The owners and staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and provide highly professional service.
