Great service, friendly and professional staff.
Would definitely recommend them.

Went there to clean my bedding and pillows. Rocked up at 11am prepared to sit there for 3 hours to wait while it was all done. The guys at the shop offered to put my washing into the big machine as it was being used when I arrived and then transfer it all to the dryers for me. I could come back at 4pm and pick it all up. They asked me to leave my detergent which I did. Came back at 4pm to find my 'clean' pillows just sitting on a bench with nothing underneath them. The detergent that I had left (which was a full bottle with 56 washes) was now less than half full. My softener and detergent cleanser had all also been used. To make matters worse none of my feather pillows were dry. He told me if he dried them all properly it would cost £30 and I was like what do you think I left them with you for? Now having to leave them out and hope they don't go mouldy which they probably will. When I called them out on my washing detergent the guy just smiled slyly at me like I had caught him out and blamed it on his colleagues. I would have hoped a laundry company would know how much detergent to use. DON'T TRUST THEM.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service the guy working there is shambles not sure if he’s the owner but rude gentleman and shall never come back and I advise anyone not too attend this shop. Thank you

Rude & disrespectful!
I went there twice, the second time he was screaming at me for asking him to split the bill between me and my roommate.
And basically told us don’t bother to come back, which is really hilarious 😂! I advise everyone not to go and waste their day with negative energy!

Went for the first time and was bad experience but decided to give it another shot, and it was even worse.

Rude And manipulative prices

Owner was too rude.. never coming back

Had two small children in a double buggy but apparently it was "too difficult" to open the double door to let me in with them. Had to fold up and pack my clean washing on the bench outside.

Manager - or whoever he was - wasn't bothering to wear a mask.
