I have used just about every dry cleaners in Ealing and I can assure anyone that these people are absolutely the best. They have successfully altered and mended every garment I have given them and exceeded my expectations with a really professional job. They even repaired my picnic basket. The service is always fantastic and friendly and, no matter how gargantuan a task you request, they will never say never.

I go to Press Gang for all my dry cleaning and laundry needs. The service is excellent. Every time I go in i am greeted with a smile and great customer service. I never feel rushed by the staff when I go to drop my laundry and always have my work done on time to an excellent standard.. Would highly recommend using Press Gang to everyone.

This shop is listed as a click & collect option for UPS and other delivery companies - DO NOT USE - they refuse packages if they do not have space which leads to issues with the retailers.

I was amazed by the best customer service ever !!! I was served by a young man Jamil. He was extremely helpful and kind. I took up a lot of his time and he was 100% understanding.

Definitely coming back here in the future after being served by him. I would recommend this place to others too.

Never felt the need to write a bad review for a business here before but I can’t warn people enough to avoid this one.

I went here based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews on this page. I paid £15 for a small bag of laundry - wash and dry. On collecting, I discovered my new black sweatshirt to be totally shrunk.

The worst part of the experience was the owner’s attitude on returning, I was made to feel like I should have expected this. He insisted that it was washed at 30 degrees when this couldn’t have possibly been the case. He offered no refund and no compensation.

Be aware of the fake reviews here and avoid at all costs if you care about your clothes being returned to you as you left them.

Jamil is the welcoming face to this great little business. The Press Gang provides a great service and Jamil makes a huge difference in making the atmosphere so friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve used Ealing Pressgang for many years for ironing, dry cleaning and repairs. They have excellent customer service and will do all they can to help. Not only do they do a great job they are great value in comparison to other local dry cleaners. I would not hesitate to recommend this business.
