Smart Dry Cleaners

Terrible!! Do not use. Gave them a pair of raw denim jeans with a specific request to be dry cleaned.... THEY WASHED THEM... and charged me 6.50 it. The manager then tried to tell me I was wrong, with every excuse, even though they've shrunk more than a size and completely changed colour and fabric handle. No refund of the 6.50 or any compenstation for the 125 pound jeans. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. A complete scam if they're just water washing items and charging dry cleaning prices. ...and there's nothing I can do about it....infuriating!!!

Very happy with their service. Friendly, flexible and helpful staff. Recommend it for sure. Yes I shall be a customer after taking suits and shirts there 4 times. Hope this helps. Very happy to find a dry cleaner in Parkway.

Terrible service even worse customer service. I took my jeans in to get the pockets repaired, a week later the repair had failed. I took my jeans back and was told to fix the pockets i would have to pay an additional £15 on top of the £15 i'd already been charged!

I have used this dry cleaner for a brand new cashmere jumper which was given back to me with 5 brand new orange stains!!!!
The jumper is worth more than £100 and they pretend the stains were already there. They dont even want to refund me for the 'cleaning' which is actually more of a 'staining'. The manager was telling me all of that while eating Mcdonalds fries and sauce in the shop!!!!
I am heartbroken.
When i came to pick it up the first time, another customer was making a scene because they had lost one of her items for good.
If you care for your clothes don't go there.

I went to Smart Dry Cleaners to get the hems and the button of my shorts fixed. When they asked if I wanted the shorts cleaned, I explicitly said no. When we went to pick up the shorts today, they charged us £22.50, almost half of which was a cleaning cost. When we told them that this was not the service we asked for they refused to give us my shorts. Ultimately they allowed us to lower the price to £20, which was still extortionate. I will never go back, and I recommend that you do not either.

I got two pairs of trousers altered here and they fit perfectly. Super friendly staff. Took just under a week but high quality service. Will be going back and would definitely recommend if you're not in a rush.
