Service is excellent! Second time I’ve been here and both times they were prompt with getting back my dry cleaning the same day. I took some really dirty trousers in which would normally take a few tries to clean, but the lovely people at Lux got it cleaned in a few hours and I received a text when it was done! And it is very reasonably priced.

I required the emergency dry clean of a suit for a wedding. Luxury Dry Cleaners were incredibly helpful and were able to clean and press my suit on the same day with very little notice. The quality of the clean and press was perfect. I will definitely use them in the future.

There’s so much I love about this place. Have been going for 1.5 years. Excellent service, fair pricing, always going the extra mile in my experience. I brought a dress that had a cocktail spilled on it and she worked on it 3 times (without me checking in) to ensure the stain came out by the time she promised. They did a great job on my partner’s tux - it looked brand new. The folks are super friendly and on the ball.

Life savers. I spill more food on my clothes than a 3 year old, so they’ve saved me hundreds of pounds and my favourite clothes can see another day.

Efficient and do a good job. Got my expensive work pants dry cleaned here and they feel like new. Have gone back here twice in 1 week since they have been so reliable.

Very happy with the Burberry coat with very bad stains and they managed to get it back to liking like new very happy would definitely recommend
