American Dry Cleaning Company

If there's minus one mark, I would certainly choose it! I can't believe how terrible this company is! I took my white silk summer top to the shop. It had a number of oil spots one of side and jean color stains on the bottom edge. I used a hand wipe to clean two spots but felt it was too much to do it myself. So I sent it to this 'professional' dry clean shop.
There's no explanation of possible outcomes. After two attempts of cleaning, nothing changed. And I was offered two options: 1) I pay for the service and take my 'uncleaned' top home 2) they'll try more aggressive material to clean and I will take the full responsibility of possible garment damage, of course I'll have to pay as well (and this is doing me a favour!). I had to call the company head office. The director manager (who may also be the reception and customer service) explained how experienced and professional they are, but he blamed the type of the stain and how delicate the garment is.
I argued: the garment is always delicate from day one, if you are experienced in dry cleaning, you should have known the possible outcomes. If we go for operation, doctors tell us possible complications. If the company really know what they are doing, at least they could have told me after first attempt if not on the day they got the garment! Then, the manager started to close the conversation saying he was a busy man...
In conclusion, this company's philosophy is that PAYMENT is most important value but not the cleaning skill or customer service!

Greatest dry cleaner in the area. Good care about my staff,using a premier service and definitely it's worth it. Also tailor it's doing a brialiant job, if it's something complicated i know where i need to go . The manager always nice and friendly, she recommended to use a home delivery. Which make everything so easy. Thank guys))

The lady who works there named Ramona is so rude that I stopped going there. I have never met anyone quite to miserable and unapproachable as her

I recommend with all confidence to use their services. Very punctual, high quality services, I was satisfied every time I used their services. The staff member is polite ,respectful and calm, Ramona is a special person whom I turn to with confidence whenever I need.

I've been using the American Dry Cleaning company for several years, but the service that I have experienced since Ramona joined the business has been exceptional. She is always welcoming and has a smile on her face. She remembers who I am to the point that I don't need to produce my receipt for her to bring out my shirts or suits. I cannot recommend American Dry Cleaning, and in particular, Ramona enough. Thanks for your brilliant service.

Be careful with your items!!! - Unprofessional tailor.
The tailor cut my shirt sleeve too much so I have 3/4 shirt.
