Terrible customer service. Dropped an outfit to be cleaned, due to the delicate material was told I would get a call to confirm if they could clean it. No call so assumed they could, went back to collect on the day stated, was told it wasn't back but could pick up my other items. Went back 3 days later to be told they couldn't do it, no call and the manager couldn't care less. The outfit was screwed ip under a pile of other items. Won't use ever again and would not recommend

Very professional

Has this place closed down? My husband took my very expensive wedding veil in to be cleaned seven months ago and they are no longer answering my calls. Assume very expensive veil has been lost or damaged.

Excellent service.

Lost my down duvet and tried to get me to accept a dirty inferior feather and down one. Accepted a nominal amount in compensation, not enough for a replacement though.

They are not open on Sunday, so I’ve wasted my time driving here. They need to update their details on Google, as it says open til 5pm on Sundays.

Good experience, polite, efficient, knowledgeable. Will go again.
