Focus On Dry Cleaning

I am really happy with this cleaners they are very friendly and helpful. I have taken my expensive clothes to be cleaned and they have come back almost as new...
Also the have a really good offer for shirt cleaning that can't be beaten ... they shirt are washed and pressed for only a £1 they come back on hangers and bagged. I have been using this service for several months and i am very happy with the service ... i would highly recommend this shop ...

6 SHIRTS FOR £5 - ABSOLUTE SCAM!

the shirts come back stained with ink, faded, washed out - the lady behind the counter offers NO customer service about the issue at all saying they will just send it back over and over again.

She told me: " its not our problem - the shirts get sent away to North London or something - its not our problem - all i can do is send it back again, come back in another weeks time or just.....u know"

A month before this incident they lost 3 of my shirts for A WEEK!! no apology, still charged me.

WARNING YOUR SHIRTS COME BACK FADED, DAMAGED, POORLY PRESSED, MISSING BUTTONS WITH RUINED CUFFS.

to 'JO' the owner - I will remove this post when you fix or make it right regarding my new pink shirt that is covered in blue ink stains .....

All looked good from outside shop but was very dissatisfied with the cleaning and pressing on my suit! They have ruined my crisp looking suit, could of done a better job myself at home!

I would not recommend it. The clothes are never ready on time and nobody lets you know. The staff can be quite rude about it too.

I am pleasantly surpised with my service experience with this dry cleaners! I was very impressed that they went out of there way to offer me a pick up and drop off delivery services during the pandemic. This really helped me out and made me feel a sense of community as i live with both my grandparents whom are both old and vulnerable and i am unable to leave the house. I want to say a big thank you to the company and its staff for helping me during this difficult time. I could not recommend you enough!

Another bad review but 7 weeks really is too long to clean a quilted bedspread especially when there is no information forthcoming as to why it was taking so long. After all the inconvenience, it was well cleaned.

Terrible service. They promised a suit back from general dry cleaning on Monday after dropping it off Friday. It wasn't back Monday as promised, it also still wasn't back Tuesday afternoon and then they expected me to go back to collect it a third time. The people "running" the shop are apologetic, but generally could not help at all. Will never use again

Genuinely one of the worst experiences you could imagine from a dry cleaner. both the older lady behind the counter and the owner - dreadful.
