Terrible customer service. I was trying to get a clear quote over the phone over a denim jacket of mine. He told me to bring the jacket in and i can give you a quote i explained it perfectly then he said i can't give you a quote then hanged up on me. Use deluxe dry cleaners in blackshots instead.

Took a coat in for a pocket repair. Whilst waiting I read reviews on here and was very concerned it would be a bad repair. However on collection I picked up coat and could not even see where they had done it. Going back today to take suit in for clean. Highly recommended in my experience.

I would like to give them a minus 2 if I could - took two dresses into this place to be taken up about 1 inch. Would you believe that when I got them home after "the alteration" both dresses was an inch longer on one side. The man behind the counter was trying to tell me that I was measuring the dress incorrectly - I don't know how they measure the lengths, but would have thought that holding from the arm holes and seeing the length was even would be an accurate way of defining if the dress was even on both sides...... but no !!!!! I asked him if his shirts were longer on one side .... he just looked at me!!!!
Now I know why he asks for payment up-front- rubbish service :(

Took an expensive coat in for a new zip - quoted £10 on the phone then charged £15 - when I collected it a week longer than they said they've put a gold zip in where it had a black one and the fittings on the coat are silver! Never again!!!!

Called in just to ask a question about something on my outfit and he didn't even let me finish speaking. Horrible customer service, didn't even ask me to bring in so he could see what the problem was. Just blamed me and not even gave me a chance to speak. Had issues before but only one in the area and close to home. Never using them again!!!

Very good and professional alterations service I got 4 to pieces need shorten and take in body he done amazing job.

Excellent service I drop my wedding dress and two suits for dry cleaning I m quite happy with service very fast and fully experienced people.
