Excellent dry cleaners/laundry service. We used frequently when we lived in Haywards Heath. All items always very clean and nicely packaged. Staff very friendly and polite too.

Excellent service and value, super friendly and I even managed to get the most wonderful help when I had forgotten to pick up my dry cleaning before a wedding and the kind lady came from home to open up in the eve to collect !! Wonderful thank you so much

I own Mathilda Rose a bridal boutique in Lindfield and have used Sarah Lacey to clean our sample wedding dresses since we opened in 2010. Our dresses are made using many different fabrics including lace, tulle, satin and crepe and they often include beading. The retail prices of our dresses vary from £1000 - £7000. Sarah has always provided us with an excellent service, her staff are helpful and professional and our dresses have always looked beautiful when we pick them up. They always go the extra mile to try to help with any stains if they can. We don't hesitate to recommend Sarah Lacey to our clients because we are confident that they are the best wedding dress dry cleaning service in Sussex and our beautiful wedding dresses will be in the safest hands. Thank you Sarah!

Would not recommend based on the quality and service I experienced here. Took my wedding dress here to be dry-cleaned and was so disappointed with the service. The dress had hardly any marks, but the charge to dry-clean was very expensive but I accepted that as I intended to re-wear the dress for a post-covid celebration. I was very disappointed with the quality of service here, the fabric of the dress has lost its lustre and some beads have come off. The fabric was also puckering strangely in some places, and I had to ask for it to be re-pressed twice. Not only was I disappointed with the quality of the dry-clean and lack of care for my dress, but I was very disappointed with the service. The staff were very dismissive and I had to keep going back to get it fixed. I really would not recommend this dry cleaner to anyone, it was an upsetting experience and the most loved dress I will ever have now isn't the same.
