Very disappointing.

Took in 3 bags of clothes for "wash and fold" for over £55.

Collection date was continuously pushed back (had to go in 3 times before collecting the whole lot).

We clearly have a different appreciation of what "folded" means. In this case it's folded in half (ish) and then in half again. I had to fold everything again properly before putting it away.

Not worth the price, avoid!

UPDATE : they have contacted me and offered a refund, assuring me these were temporary issues

They have lost my other half's suit twice in less than two months. The first time, it only took a couple of hours to find so I thought it was just a blip as we've been using them every week for 3 years. This time the suit has been lost for 10 days and counting. The staff are not managing the situation, and I have to regularly call them for an update. Equally, I'm not wholly convinced that they have been searching for it because I have to repeat the colour/make of the suit everytime I call. The staff have also repeatedly tried to blame me for the loss and keep trying to convince me that I've picked it up/given the wrong name etc.

Got a patterned velvet skirt hemmed and taken in at the waist. Suzanne did a marvellous job, and managed to line up the pattern again perfectly. It was a bit expensive, but they go over the pricing before you have to commit. So happy with the results, thank you!

I think they’re closing this month, which is a shame. Pretty reasonable prices and items are always done on time. Have never had any issues and the staff are all really friendly.

This was the first time that I'd used Johnsons, as I have just moved to the area. I took in a winter coat for a pre Christmas clean yesterday morning, and received prompt efficient service, (even given the option to pay on collection, rather than in advance - a rarity with dry cleaners these days!). Leaving my number in order to receive a text notifying me when the coat would be ready, (another nice touch), I was bowled over when the message arrived three hours later! This is taking 'Same Day Service', (I was expecting it to take a few days), to another level. Thank you Johnsons; you made my day. Wishing you & the team a very Happy Christmas!
