Staff friendly and helpful.
Quality of the cleaning was great.
All items were crisply starched and returned in time for Christmas.
Parking around the premises is tough and the traffic wardens are prolific in their ticketing policy. If you time it right you can park on the single yellow line in the side street.
Once the table cloths are used this Christmas I will take them back to be cleaned and starched

This was the best laundry establishment I have ever visited. All previous laundry establishments I have visited I have made my shirts to starchy but not blossom browne they were perfect. The service was excellent as well. They really deserve the royal warrant.

Utterly abysmal laundry! I have had to return my sheets FOUR TIMES because they constantly fail to iron the border of the top sheet properly in spite of me writing a request on the form. I have not been offered a refund ONCE and have to wait another week each time the sheets have to be returned. I have no idea how they got the Royal Warrant - they certainly haven't earned it and definately dont deserve it.

This Laundry has excellent services on offer and will make your experience easy and luxury assured. I am a very happy customer

Think this place is a fraud as I asked for Hand finish but still they really creased up my trousers. Second time this has happened, after sending back my trousers to be fixed 4 times I asked for a refund. Will NEVER use them again. Seems they have contracts with some of the banks for dry cleaning. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

The drivers have no manners, Horrible aggressive, rag the van around the residential roads with no regards to the residents of the area. It never was as bad as it is now

This company based on residential areas and government guidelines Sunday industry are closed but this company works illegal and harassing people on Sunday basically my whole house is shaking just because they’re using the wrong machines. Company doesn’t care people lives.

It never seems to be available for customers. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Nobody ever picks up the phone and today at 3pm shutters half down. I can see people inside but they don’t bother even to look who’s at the door.
