I don't know what this guy is talking about below!!!!!

I've had nothing but brilliant service from here.
The owners constantly have a smile on their faces and bring EXCELLENT customer service.
When I put my clothes in I know they are taken care of all of the time and come back looking brand new! The BEST drycleaners I have ever been too.

Needed to get a skirt I'd bought hemmed an inch or so, it is supposed to lay mid thigh however because I'm so short (I usually buy from the petite section) It was an awkward length on me. Dropped off my skirt with a lovely lady who was very kind and helpful, however when I went to collect it days later from the man behind the desk I was with my friend, we were just joking to each other about how I wanted a shorter skirt (we obviously both knew the only reason for this was because it was simply too big on me) and the man decided to pitch in and say "well, the shorter the better, isn't that right girls". Honestly such a creepy and slimey comment, the way he said it just made me shiver. I am 18 and my friend is 17 and we look our ages or even a bit younger with just added to the weirdness. Felt so uncomfortable, it was very unnecessary and rude, such a shame because they skirt was hemmed nicely and for a decent price I would love to return however never want to encounter such crude behaviour ever again.

I have dealt with this company for a number of years, I have neve know them to be anything other than friendly helpful and professional.
I can't imagine that the comment quoted in the previous review regarding the length of the young ladies skirt was mean in a derogatory or disrespectful way. I know the gentleman concerned would never knowingly cause offence to anyone regardless of the persons gender or age.

Really disappointed with this service. I booked to have two bridesmaid dresses taken up and adjusted. We arrived at the shop and no one seemed to know what was going on. Eventually they took the measurements and the tailor hemmed our dresses. When coming to pay for the alterations the manager seemed to make up the prices. Not a professional service. The only reason i'm giving it two stars is because the tailor himself was good, unlike the manager and shop assistants.

Conveniently located on the high street. Street parking right outside the shop. Good prices but I wish they offered discounts on volume. Can get busy so same day service may not be available at times. Accepts card payments over £5.

Website advised they did numerous items like cushion covers by the kilo. Telephoned to arrange and was curtly advised they only individually price and that their website is not correct

Very pleased with the service. Our curtains came up like new, and at a very reasonable price. Mervyn even kindly carried the heavy curtains to our car for me - now that IS good service!
