Goodrich Dry Cleaners

I made the mistake of taking a beige Burberry cashmere scarf with a small hole here. Upon picking the scarf back up, for some unknown reason, they’d decided to use a silver thread to stitch the hole together. Naturally I wasn’t happy. I was asked to choose a colour thread and was presented with around 20 beige options. I cannot fathom why silver was used. Upon picking the scarf up for a second time, the stitching was now approximately covering three times the size of the original hole as it had weakened whilst being unstitched. I’m really disappointed.

Ali and Belle always looked after me since my early 20’s I’m now early 40’s. Often went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Best dry cleaners in East Surrey in my opinion. I’d not trust anyone else to handle my delicate or designer clothes.

Excellent service. Removed stains another dry cleaner failed to remove with a promise if they cannot remove the stain there would be no charge.

Wedding dress clean was incredible - Thank you so much. Felt it was in very safe and capable hands. Professional, lovely dry cleaners and very knowledgeable answering all my questions. They boxed my dress and nothing was too much trouble - even carrying my box to the car. I'll be back and recommending :)

Belma and her team have been amazing. She offered advice, and did a brilliant and professional job in taking up the sleeves of a silk lined jacket, and making the bodice of a thick lined dress, smaller, and all under time pressure. She then made two darts in the back of a loose linen dress, to make it a more flattering shape. All the articles were then pressed to perfection.
She was even prepared to be on last minute stand by for my daughter's wedding dress ,late at night, as the previous seamstress in Horsham messed up.
They were friendly and worked to such a good standard, at a good price too. After my experience with getting ready for a wedding this month, I would not go anywhere else.
