Took my coat to be cleaned and the service i received was amazing. Very friendy and helpful lady served me and the servuce was very quick as i got my coat back the same day looking like new. 🙂

Dry cleaned and packed my daughter’s wedding dress and son in law’s suit. Beautiful results and even carefully dealt with the fact that we couldn’t undo the tie pin! Been using these dry cleaners for years and never had any issues. Great service.

They did a great job on a black coat that was covered in Dog hair. Service times could be clearer though. Told (via Google Maps) that next day service would be ready to collect by 10:30am but the lady in the shop (on Sat) said the earliest I could collect would be Weds 🤔 I said this was a bit late, so she said she could do it for Tues. My Dad went to collect on Tues at 11am and was told it was "in the next batch" so he had to go back in the afternoon. A clear tariff of charges and collection times would be helpful for customers. Longer opening hours for people that work 9-5 (and therefore need dry cleaning services) would also be useful

Adverts outside attracted me in and then I’m told they were no longer correct so charged me £11.95 instead of £8.75 for 3 pairs of trousers so special offers are false advertising to get you in. ( There is now a white sheet of paper covering the offer price )The man was blunt pricing has increased like everywhere and you must now pay more to get his service.. might just go somewhere who is more honest which is a shame because they have always been good and the ladies were not there so the man is a rip of merchant BEWARE..!!! They have now offered a refund after reading this post however too late for me the damage has been done now.. I’m not going out of my way again to get my £3 back..! Just check what your being charge before you leave stuff..
