This dry cleaners is one of the worst in the area. Use these jokers at your own peril. Read on for why!

I had a very very disturbing experience with them. I gave them valuable clothing to wash, I told them exactly what I wanted them to do (cold wash NO DRY CLEANING), standard transaction simple instruction for a dry cleaners.

I returned a week later and immediately before the garments were handed over was asked to pay the full amount, it was rushed and which I felt a bit odd about the payment so I decided to check the clothes

I was shocked to find that one of my garments completely ruined. I immediately asked the clerk what he was intended to do about it and said "it was already like that when I took it in", that "he had the photos to prove it", that "it wasn't his fault, he didn't serve me", that I was "just trying to get money from him". He changed his story about ten times and I got very angry more angry than I have ever gotten in a dry cleaners. He acted so rudely. Terrible terrible, terrible attitude.

So, not only did the joker in the shop take my money without pointing out the damage, he then denied ruining my garment, then even worse, accused me of being a thief for giving him a damaged garment in the first place and trying to get money out of him.

I was exasperated. His response? To tell me to "Go on, leave a bad review" as if it didn't matter that he can ruining people clothes and treat them badly and take their money. Absolutely unforgivable and shoddy service.

You can see from the picture that there is no way anyone would dry clean a damaged good.

i have been using this guys for almost 15years, very average quality of services, but its very near to my apartment, hence the reason i was using them, until now! Having mentioned that to be honest, for the past 3years, the service and customer services got even worse 100%. Make the matter worse....two day ago i send a 2piece suit and 3 shirts, all come back still with stains on the shirts (see photos), and i asked the fat guy to re-do the shirts and once again after two days i got them back even worse..... be aware they are also punch of thief... as i was charged £17.50 instead of £11.99 as they have been promoting the deal for 2 pieces suit and 3shirts. They have been displaying a big banner with this offer and also on the receipt you tend to get. in summery, i will never ever again using this dry cleaner and i warning anyone to avoid using this punch of thief and unprofessional dry cleaner.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. They offer incredible wash and fold services as well as providing very solid dry cleaning to some shirts I gave them. The customer service is very good and they are really kind people. They even collect and deliver to and from me when needed.

Idiots on here do not read the tags of their clothes and ask these guys to do certain things which cause damage. It is not their responsibility if you have asked for something dry cleaned that says “do not dry clean”.

Please ignore entitled people here leaving bad reviews, these guys are really lovely and do their best to make sure the customer leaves happy!

Today I took in 4 of my favourite silk shirts to be dry cleaned. When I got home I took them out and realised all 4 had been severely shrunk.. I am talking a good 2 inches off the sleeves and the fabric no longer feels silky and luxurious. I am absolutely livid. I will be returning to the store in one week when I return from a work trip to ask for compensation for damages! Each shirt was £100 new.

I've been visiting for a while now, I went in for a suit dry clean and now I have my shirts, suits and bed linen done here - always fast and well priced with a friendly attitude to boot. 5 stars easily!

One of the worst dry cleaners - do not waste your time or your money. The owner is rude and degrading - go literally anywhere else and they’ll do a better job!

Update in response to below: This was not a money issue. Both of the items that I received back had stains on them. As people below have said - my items also were returned late and weren't done when I came to pick them up the first time. They likely were only steamed - not actually dry cleaned. The owner was rude and started to say he had a £1m business - but if he had that sort of money making business he'd probably have better equipment and a cleaner establishment. I would pay double if they did an actually good job, but they don't. See photos attached.

I’ve read a few of the bad reviews here and was surprised as my experience has always been positive. I don’t get much stuff dry cleaned very often but I’ve been coming here 6 years for shirts and to get my blazer done occasionally with no issues. I’ve also had some small alterations and had keys cut here.

I find the people working here really friendly and the guy who is usually there (I assume Raj from the other reviews) has always been cool and I’ve had only pleasant interactions with him.

So I’ll continue to use the service as long as I live round here.

Staff are lovely and helpful, turn around is really quick and prices are good as well. My go to for east London. I've had a lot of things altered here as well and have never once had an issue, everything comes back fitting perfectly.
