A terrible dry clearners! I'll never go back. We gave them a number of shirts to clean and half the shirts came back with dirt on all the collars. When we took the shirts back to show him, the owner completely refused to accept them back for cleaning, and rudely told us that we must have worn all the shirts and made them dirty. The shirts had the same dirty marks on the outside of the collar. We'll NEVER use these guys again!

The worse tailor and costumer service ever! I took a Ted Baker dress to make it shorter and do the hem. And when I collect the dress all the hand stitches could be seen on the outside of the dress and they were not straight. The owner of the dry.cleaners could not speak English properly and he refused to pay for the damaged dress!
Don't go to this store if you.value your clothes!

Absolutely BUTCHERED 6 items of clothing. My husband unknowingly picked them up and paid for them, only for me to return home to see what a shocking job had been done. Instead of altering two skirts, they put elastic into the band - Completely changing the entire shape of the skirts. Equally, in the jeans, they have sewn with BLACK thread (not white/blue as per with denim alterations), weird dart lines down the back of the butt - Creating this weird shape. DO NOT GO HERE. I'm having to pay £90 AGAIN to fix their cowboy job.

Worst ever laundry!!! I took a jacket for sewing only that wasn’t ready on time, came after 3 days of deadline and jacket not found. When I get it at home, the next day, was dirty oil stains all over it!! Have to mention that my jacket was professional cleaned( to another laundry) before taking it to sewing. I went back and the guy said it was dirty when I brought it but we never saw a dirt on it!! Just WISH TO INFORM YOU ALL to take good pictures of your items before leaving it there!! And advise you NEVER TAKE THE RISK OF using their rubbish services!!😡😡
