Johnsons The Cleaners

I took my suit in and they shrunk it. They sent it off to decide whose fault this was and decided it was the suits fault. I have had this suite for 9 years, had it dry cleaned many times including at this same dry cleaners.
I can only assume that as I was an infrequent user they could afford to lose my custom. I'm trying to avoid using them in future.

I've had my blazer dried there many times with no fault and perfectly clean!!

Matthew did a great job in making sure my dress alterations were done in time for the wedding I am attending - he went over and above usual customer service expected to make sure the dress was back - including collecting it from the seamstress in Swindon and hand-delivering it back to the Stroud branch! Thank you Matthew I hope your bosses read this.

I get jeans and sleeves shortened here. Takes about a week. Good service. The plastic that covers my returned clothes is supposed to be recyclable, says in big letters on the plastic but my local Council rejected it. Maybe the workers just saw plastic and didnt see the writing.
