Reids of Henley

I've used both Reids of Henley and Reids in Marlow for a few years now. Their service is fantastic. They always go that extra mile to make sure your clothes are cleaned beautifully. I have also recently gone plastic free, which means all my clothes come back in a reusable suit cover or tissue paper. I think they are the first dry cleaners in the area to do this!

I have had the pleasure of having Reids clean my clothes for over 15 years and wouldn't go anywhere else, their service is excellent as is the quality of their work. I now have a kitten at home so they don't get an easy time. A special mention of their staff is also necessary Michelle, Nikki, Kay and Tanya make the difference with their helpful knowledgeable experienced advice when discussing the problems that cleaning clothes can sometimes bring. The results are always brilliant. Thank you.

Only call for laundry and Dry cleaning locally also has a valet collection/delivery service delivered by a charming gentleman. The business is run by a lovely team, impossible requests are met with a smile be it a quick turnaround or a life saving (😊) repair of a sentimental item. Environmentally aware as they have been phasing out the use of plastic replacing them with reusable covers. Have been using Reids for over ten years and still see the same people staffing the business which I feel speaks volumes in these days.

I've used Reids for years just for dry cleaning odd items. I was part of the cleaning team at a local manor where Reids turned around 9 bedrooms worth of linen. Then in 2015 I started running an Airbnb apartment. Unfortunately I became ill with a rare autoimmune disease but really needed to keep my business going. Thats when Reids really came into its own for me. Endlessly polite and courteous they turn out beautifully washed and ironed bed linen. They also do my towels and t-towels if I'm a bit overloaded. But its their dedication, courtesy and willingness to always help one out even when they are flat out that makes them so special. They have the highest standards of customer service and quality control. The two lasses at the front desk are an example of utter professionalism coupled with calm pleasantness. Its always a pleasure to walk through their door. No matter whats going on in my life, they are steady and dependable and thats just what you want from a business when you run your own business.

Reids of Henley are absolutely fantastic and I've been even more impressed since subscribing to their weekly laundry service. They collect and return my laundry on a weekly basis and I've not had to worry about it since. It comes back flawless every time.

Reids has been my 'go to' for 15 years - they turn their hand to everything, with a smile - I even turned up with a piece of furniture once! I just have total faith in their skills, and service.

I took my very expensive curtains (with lining and interlining) to Reids to be cleaned and I am delighted with the job they have done and surpassed all my expectations. Absolutely first class cleaners. No shrinkage and looking like new. Thank you.
