Took my wedding dress here to be dry cleaned and boxed - they did a good job of cleaning it, but a terrible job of boxing it. The box was not put together well and was about three times too big so subsequently my dress is now terribly creased - it looked like it had just been thrown in the box! Yes, I’m unlikely to wear it again but it’s a special item of clothing and I would’ve expected more care to be taken of it. Despite having a receipt Harrington’s won’t refund the cost of the box (over £40) because it’s not the right receipt, the right receipt was never given to us...this is of course our fault according to the manager. I’ve been asked to call back in 4 days time so they can try and find the transaction (we have the date and time of the transaction on the receipt we do have, so goodness knows why it’ll take so long). If they do refund us in 4 days I’ll update this review, but for now please don’t use Harrington’s if you’re a bride. Awful customer service.

EDITED: The shop have agreed to give us a refund so have amended the star rating to reflect this.

She is brilliant with all the dogs, great & very clean her working station!! She is simply the best!!! Knowledgable with all breeds and it’s needs.

Excellent service (removal of sttuborn crests in a suit jacket and cleaning of a hat) along with a most kind attention at the front desk.

Attentive and friendly service. Ink stain removed from suit.
