Johnsons The Cleaners

I have been using this store for many years. The staff have always been welcoming, helpful and very timely with the cleaning. I’m fussy about how my suits and shirts look and they always do a good job. The new premises is very clean and there’s ample parking. They recently introduced a texting service which is also very handy for me as a busy person. I would recommend this branch.

Brilliant service from Diane and Tony, as usual. My jacket and coat look like new. Tony went to the trouble of attempting different methods to remove stains on my jacket and even dry cleaned again after those attempts, all resulting in the stains being removed. Tony even called to see if I was happy with the results. Very impressed and thankful for the service. Would recommend Johnson Ipswich to anyone.

Popped into the new store with some dry cleaning and was amazed at all the new services they offer. Nice surprise I was able to get my photo ID done there and then, saved me a trip into town. Warmly welcomed and expert advice given. Thankyou!

We were due to leave our home to attend a wedding when my dress split and my partner called in to Johnson's to ask whether a last minute repair could be made. The staff were really friendly and took only minutes to stitch the dress back up - absolutely life saving! ,

Katharine at the Ipswich branch of Johnsons The Cleaners carried out some alterations on several items of clothing. The alterations that were made were very professional and as hoped, and I highly recommend. Some clothes were also pressed - again very professionally. Thanks
