Please change your opening times on your website to correspond when you are actually open. I made a wasted journey this morning to find your shop is closed on Saturday when your website stated you were open. This is bad customer sevice!

Not good,tissues left on floor ,3 driers not working, Really needs some serious work doing as very old and battered

I would give minus 5 stars. They clearly have no modern equipment or idea about what dry cleaning is.. after “the treatment” my coats still smell unfresh in the armpit areas and around the neck and seems like nothing has been done. Furthermore, they have picked up some stains as if they were on the floor or something. When i asked the staff member about this they couldnt even explain it and tried to blame it on me, that the material is hard to clean. Nonsense, my coats are in the most common material. It rather looks like they are careless and dont even check their work and have no idea how to dry clean… wasted money, very dissapointed

Great to have a launderette but out of the 5 driers only 2 working. I started using one but then it stopped saying lint drawer needs cleaning so that went out of use. The only other one I could use takes old pound coins or 20p so had to get change from the chippy as no one to contact regarding lint issue or about the money I lost. Not a great service

Machines wash well.
£5-£8 a load . Large load could do a families week's worth of washing.
Tumble dryersx4- £1 for 10 mins. Works well
Can get change from notes from dry cleaners next door. Very helpful staff.
Choose a quiet time as not much space in the launderette/or wait outside while clothes do their thing.

I find the dryer very convenient but I visited recently to find that the lardrette was absolutely disgusting the machines were all dirty the floor was dirty and the windows had hand marks all over them it was empty when I arrived but it started filling up quickly and soon 5 people in a very small space and with the current situation covid you'd think cleanliness would be paramount also there is no covid restriction on the amount of people at one time aloud in the small space which needs to be addressed. Disappointed.

Washer stored before soon no one answered number had to take sodden clothes home to spin no emergency phone number won't use again
