IMHO best set cleaner in Ashford, nice owner who always has a smile!

What a shambles this place is. So to try & keep a long story short; I dropped in a 3 piece suit, a 2 piece suit & a tie for dry cleaning with 1 of the pairs of trousers being taken in slightly - total cost was £45. This was on a Thursday morning, and I made clear I needed them back by the next Thursday and was assured that Wednesday afternoon collection was fine (I was going to an event on the Thursday).
So, I go to collect on the Weds afternoon & am told that they haven't been able to do any dry cleaning as their machines are broken - they didn't even have the courtesy to call me to let me know (they took my number when I handed the items in the previous week!)
They offered to iron (press) the items for me after I let them know how disappointed I was and that I needed the suits for the next day. So I returned an hour or so later to collect the non-dry cleaned but ironed suits.... They tried to charge me £35, near on the full cost for the dry cleaning! They also didnt take card payments, cash only.
As if this wasn't bad enough, the next day when going to the event I had planned, the trousers they'd taken in were ripped down the inside seam!!
Genuinely cannot stress enough how incompetent this firm is, I wish I had checked their reviews before dropping my stuff in here. AVOID!

The guy was very abusive. And even threatened to sell my clothes online.
He went ahead doing something I had not approved and he is overcharging .instead of explaining he was soo soo rude ..

Didn’t clean my stained coat

Gave a Hugo Boss shirt for Dry Cleaning it had chocolate marks due to birthday party. After the service the marks were still there. When I asked the owner about it, he started abusing me and saying u teaching my job? Worst service ever.

The guy in this shop was verbally abusive to me today. So rude and told me to “f****** get out of my shop you bitch”. Give him a wide berth. We use him to send our parcels, but won’t be anymore.

Avoid at all costs!! One of the worst experiences I have ever had! They will increase the price after the fact, damage your property without compensation, use bad language and insult you! Disgraceful!
