Fantastic and incredibly professional- my wedding dress had a number of red wine stains . I had contacted a number of dry cleaners who were unsure they could handle the dress. Special Touch were very knowledgeable, took real care to understand the dress fabric and the nature of the stain. They were spectacular AND turned it around at lightning speed to accommodate our minimoon travel plans. Thank you team for the brilliant service! Highly recommend!

They know what they are doing and always deliver exceptional service to their customers. I thought it was time to get the winter coat dry cleaned and I couldn’t be happier with the result. We have used the services of Special Touch many times over the past 6 years and had great service. Just recently however we had a problem with an article that they washed. They were very happy to sort out the problem giving us a full refund and a replacement item. Truly fantastic service!

Very upset with the standard of cleaning from this dry cleaners. Took in a Burberry trench coat and a few Burberry scarves expecting a quality service and the items to be cared for after reading these reviews.
The trench coat has been ruined with imprints of the internal buttons on the fabric. The silk scarf has come back with creases pressed into it which need to be steamed out and the cashmere scarf came back with badly fraying edges. When we collected the items the person serving even forgot to give me all the items - failing to give back a blanket that was part of my order. Would never recommend this cleaners.
