I will not be using this firm ever again. My curtains were promised for Saturday, they did not arrive, no real reason was given except they were in Whitchurch??? I was told they would arrive this morning, Monday, have just phoned up and they are still in Whitchurch! The young boy said it was because the machine was broken, then he added that they had been cleaned but no one could bring them from Whitchurch till tomorrow! I am disabled and had arranged for someone to rehang them today, now i don't know when i can get them rehung. Absolutely terrible service, would not recommend this shop to anybody. not worth any stars!

Beware actual opening hours are not the same as those posted online or on the dry cleaning tickets. Only open 10-2 weekdays and to 1pm on Saturdays.
Unable to collect item I desperately needed because shop shut at 1pm not the 3/5pm stated online/on the ticket.

Absolutely awful dry cleaners.
Poor service, disgusting shop ....... AVOID!!
No stars from me.

Great Service and very nice people. Will definitely be back
