Highly recommend using Smart for dry cleaning. Dropped my suit off and collected it a week later all for a very reasonable price. Very polite and friendly service too.

Took a coat here couple months back to be dry cleaned, when I went to collect I realised it was damaged and the coat was no longer wearable, I understand this wouldn’t of been done purposely and wanted to come to an agreement with the business, instead they were quite rude and abrupt not wanting to take any blame or responsibility for this damage, this is nearly a £400 coat I’m no longer able to use. I have used this business prior to this and will admit they done a good job, but the fact is they won’t accept or take any responsibility for the damage when it was left in there hands made me realise this is not a business I will use again.

I took my door curtain for dry cleaning. I have the curtain leaned every five years when the room is decorated. This is the third time the curtain has been dry cleaned but the first time with Smart Image. I was appalled at the service. Every time the curtain had been cleaned previously it had come back clean. This time however, curtain came back looking as though it had not been cleaned at all. Also it had shrunk by four inches and was no longer fit for purpose as a door curtain! When I took it in to complain about the shrinkage and that no stains had been tackled I was met with rudeness and not even an apology. I was so shocked at the poor customer service I asked to complain to the manager. I was directed to make a complaint through the website where there is no function to lodge any communication with the manager at all. I was just fobbed off and am even more keen to put an official complaint in. My door curtain is no longer fit for purpose. I wish to make an official complaint and am seeking a full refund. Dreadful service.

Promised delivery of bedding in 1 week as visitors staying. Failed to do so and said it would be 4 days late. My complaint was met with aggression and absolutely no apology. They obviously could not care less ( see other one star reviews here ).No excuse, pathetic service.

My wedding dress had been living in a wardrobe for 9 years. My parents brought it here to be cleaned and box and just WOW. My dress looks brand new. Gone are the grass stains and it’s so immaculately presented. I can’t thank you all enough for the fantastic service. Thank you so much

Very responsive and efficent. I made enquiry about 24 hour return for my suit to be dry cleaned. 15 minutes later it was collected by a very friendly chap, and returned the next day before 5pm.

I took my trouser suit to be cleaned and when It was returned to me one of the buttons on the jacket was missing.
I had checked that the three buttons were secure before I handed over the suit. When I asked what had happened to the button two members of staff looked in their button tray and could not find it. They said they could do nothing until the manager returned the following week. I left my phone number but have heard nothing.
I am very angry and disappointed about the service I received. I have been unable to find a matching button, I am now searching for a new set of three buttons, so far I have not been able to find any which are the correct lilac colour.
I was charged £12.00 for this dire ‘service’.

I have to give the Smart Image team at Grove Road a glowing endorsement for their excellent service, and rescuing a near disaster for me. A blue biro pen went undetected (no fault of Smart Image, since it had fallen through a small hole in a pocket lining and become hidden inside the suit jacket) and caused havoc to the light grey suit jacket I'd taken in for a clean. The staff handled the problem with exceptional professionalism and undertook additional work over the following week at no more expense to me to remove the ink staining. The finished job was frankly amazing and the suit now looks good as new. The wonderfully reassuring, friendly staff who dealt with me was also much appreciated. I'd give six stars if I could. Highly recommended.
