Freye Drycleaning - BARRY

I’ve heard that so,e of the staff or individuals are unhelpful, and I can confirm this is indeed the case. The lady put the phone down on me and when I rang back and tried to joke about being hung up on, she was quite indignant and said she was “serving a customer”!
Briscombes down the road must be thrilled she is working here....that’s who will have my business.

Absolutely Incredible service from beginning to end. Extremely professional and alterations to perfection. Kept in contact with myself which I found was very helpful when your busy working and forget about your shirts left at the Dry cleaners! Will definitely use again and the customer service, opening times, location and overall professionalism was exceptional. See you soon!

Massively disappointing. Suit jackets went in worn but not dirty and came back completely saturated in cigarette smoke. Unfortunately they’re now completely unwearable, until they are cleaned by a company that doesn’t chain-smoke in the work place. One to avoid, until the owners realise this is a dry cleaners and not a 1920’s speakeasy bar.

Thank you for the reply. Rather than asking me and others to remove the 1-star reviews - to falsely inflate your overall score - you should have acknowledged the issues previously raised. People reading these reviews will be able to see straight through the short-sighted removal requests. Regardless of the age, my review is reflective of a genuine experience from this business, and it’s only fair that it remains visible.

I rang Freye Drycleaning on Monday to enquire about alterations and the dry cleaning of my husband's Tuxedo. I wish I had asked the lady who replied, her name, because if the work I need doing is as good as how lovely, helpful and professional she was, then I am in for a treat. The company should be so proud to have such a lady working for them.
I am going in today to drop in said suit and will add my review of the service when I pick the suit up. It does take a little while to have the suit altered which the lady made me aware of as the alterations are carried out in Cardiff.

First time with Freye, always used Briscombes until they did what ever they have done. Anyway, first time in, normal person painting her nails. Good banter, good service, good few laughs and got my quilt dry cleaned. All good for me. 👍

First class service from Pippa who was excellent and had my dry cleaned jacket ready by the following morning, in excellent condition, service was very reasonably priced as well, I shall be using again, Thankyou!
