Ordered a bottle of Ricard (for a present) which was sent by Royal Mail but can only be traced as far as the local Royal Mail Distribution Office - draw your own conclusion. The Drinks Basket immediately sent a replacement free of charge which arrived safely. This is superb service above and beyond what I would normally expect. Fantastic.

I recently placed an order for 10 bottles of vodka. On delivery there was a small problem. I telephoned them and received a near immediate solution. I was so impressed I have just placed an order
for a further 10 bottles. It's good to find old fashioned values are still around.

I ordered a bottle of Bombay Sapphire Bramble along with 5 miniatures from their extensive range.
The order arrived 48 hours later, safely packaged and gratefully received. I will definitely be using this company again.

Fantastic website. Fast delivery, good customer service and it's one of the very few sites that delivers alcohol to Guernsey which is SO appreciated. It's the only place that I can get my dad's Christmas gift from every year.

Delivery was quick particularly as it was December, products were well packaged to ensure no breakages.

I didn't receive an order conformation or delivery notification, and I think there is a problem with their automated messages. That being said, when I called a week later, the telephone was answered quickly and professionally. My gift had been delivered in one working day, and was excellent value for money. DO GET THE AUTOMATED EMAILS FIXED :)

I didn't receive a confirmation email or a tracking number which did cause concern initially. Once I made contact, my order was checked and was advised that it was out for delivery. Arrived within 1 week, product cheaper than anywhere I'd seen and will definitely be using these guys again!

They sent the wrong order which items delivered only totals a third of what we paid for online. I have emailed them and also messaged them via their online portal to get it resolved, it’s been a week since my last email and no one has contacted me back about the mistake. Will give them benefit of doubt as it’s Christmas holiday period and couple more days to respond. After which will be contacting the PAYPAL online fraud department to activate a claim for fraudulent sales and get my money back.
