Brilliant bike my Daughter loves it. She had it for a 3rd birthday present. She was that happy she even did a dance which blew me away. Amazing customer service when I asked when it would be delivered ect. Would definitely recommend in the future and will be ordering a bigger one from bobbin when she's outgrown this 1. 5 stars

We got a Bobbin 16' for my 4 year old and she rode it twice a week usually 3-4 miles (max 8 miles). She's now 6 and we upgraded her to the multi-gear 24' Gingersnap. Such a lovely bike, well-crafted and beautifully designed. It's a bit challenging to get these in the states and shipping can get expensive though.

We have made an early purchase for Christmas, the box was a bit battered when it arrived, but the contents were immaculate.
We have assembled our new bike, it was a bit fiddly, but overall simple with good instructions.
Just can’t wait for Christmas now, I’ve never said that in July before!

Bought my daughter a bike last Christmas. It took forever to arrive but eventually we got it and had to assemble it in a rush Christmas Eve. Of course there was a dint in the leather seat, mud guards bent and warped and paint chipped. I notified customer service who where then closed over Christmas. I was then told I’d have to take the entire thing back to pieces and return it back and wait whilst bobbin then assessed it before they would then send us a new one. So my daughter had a new bike for three weeks that she wasn’t allowed to touch because we was worried we wouldn’t then be allowed a replacement if the assessment decided it had been used. So an ornament bike for a 3 year old. I told the customer service team that I wasn’t dismantling it to send back and they can just send the correct in broken missing pieces. They refused. Absolutely never again would I buy from them and I was looking at ordering myself the adult matching bike. No thanks. Good luck bobbin bikes

We bought the Gingersnap 24” for our daughter. This bike was delivered and the frame was bent. We immediately contacted Bobbin via email (as they do not have a phone number) and it has taken over a month to get a replacement bike, which was also damaged on receipt. I have constantly had to chase this, mainly via online chat which is the most frustrating experience. Please do not buy a bike from this company as the quality and after sales service is appalling. They have sent replacement parts for the damaged bike, even these aren’t the best quality. I am still waiting for a call after much reassurance to compensate for all the time and inconvenience caused - I won’t hold my breath… Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Wonderful product and amazing customer service to get it delivered in time for my daughters birthday, when we had left it really late. Have been recommending Bobbins to everyone I know who is in the market for a new bicycle.

Appalling customer service. I ordered a bike from Bobbin and it took ages to even get order confirmation let alone be informed when it would be coming (when the website says dispatched within 3-5 days). It then arrived with two bikes instead of one. I got in touch with them and had to repeatedly email back and forth to get them to send someone to pick up the extra bike. No appreciation or acknowledgment for the time spent communicating with them nor for the fact that I was honest when I could have just sold the brand new bike on eBay! And now the order is still not complete after 4 weeks of waiting. I’m waiting for accessories such as a rear carrier rack which is absolutely essential for me to actually use the bike. Interesting as well reading all the reviews and seeing how they only respond to the positive ones.

Ordered a basket for my wife's bike. Lovely basket, fits great, exactly what my wife wanted but initially had a part missing (the bracket). Bobbins team worked hard to make sure I got the correct part.
