Ordered 4 packs of Berol felt pens as they were showing about 25 in stock just over 2 weeks ago. Got the usual thanks for your order e-mail, then heard nothing. Just rang them to be told they have been out of stock of these for months and I will be getting a refund. Let’s see if it happens….

Unfortunately a very poor experience. I order 16 bags of plaster of which only 8 were delivered with the message that the rest would be sent when in stock. The order has been paid in full and after my 2 email attempts of having an update about the rest of my order I have not received any answer. Very bad customer service and unreliable business. I'm starting to believe that I will not see the rest of my money or the rest of my order. I have a small business and I depend on the plaster to make my products. I would never treat one of my customers with so much indifference. Very disappointing.
