SSE

I have been trying to sort out our account to no avail also the telephone number on Cardiff website does not exist. Why does this Company make like so difficult?? They have negleted us as a long standing customers....I want to change my Tariff but the website are quoting rediculous high prices to include a smart meter which we applied for only when they came to fit it, informed us they couldn't because they though we were 3phase and we are not according to an Electrician!! Certainly would not recommend this company to anyone on principle!!

Absolute joke!
Moved into a new flat and they were the default provider, went away for 2 weeks only to return to a mail containing a bill worth months of usage!
Been trying to get a correct amended bill for months to no avail! Changing provider as soon as possible!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Requested a refund from them over a month ago (24/06) as I have been overpaying on my D/Ds . Absolute shambles. They owe me over 200 quid and they have cancelled my refund Twice now for no good reason. Lying money grabbing ***tards.
I wonder if those who have given a 5 star rating for this company are actually robots!!
Any advice from fellow disgruntled customers?

Terrible company. They stole £40 from my bank account under the guise of being for broadband. I'd already been moved to another company for broadband, where I'd also been charged for the same month. When trying to get my money back, they kept throwing the blame at OVO. OVO threw it back at them. I never got my stolen money back from Sse, and have given up trying. I will be leaving bad reviews of the company for as long as they're around. Think of it as my repayment. Please stay away from Sse, they'll never help if you have an issue but are quick to take YOUR money.

This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of being tied to. Customer service is diabolical, being classed as a “vulnerable” customer has seen myself and young child with paying someone else’s debt for months, then no heating over last winter for 3 months and despite being in credit for 1k now having no internet. Terrible company

This company is to be avoided and its new take over, keep pushing my diret debt payments up saying im using more yet my usage has been the same or less each month, built up hundreds of credit and now been chasing them for near 3 weeks for a refund, last time over a 1000 this time 546 to which intransfered 100 to gas as it was on electric yet no refund of the rest and i keep getting false promises.

Please if anyone knows of a legal procceding i can take feel free to contact me.

Terrible service kept on hold for 2 hours after saying I will put you on hold.
Shocking waste of time are these people being paid or not looks like they are not taking their job seriously. What a joke not nice at all well done sse

Sse terrible. Now been taken over by ovo energy, another rip off supplier with high daily charges and a complicated set of energy charges that dont add up ! Rip off.
