I did one day for this firm and they are the most disorganized I've ever worked for. Never went back after that day.

AVOID!! Do not work for this company and certainly don’t get them to do any work for you.
Very unprofessional and poorly run. Worst 8 weeks of my life

Waited in for them but they never arrived , I had to call them and they claim they had the wrong number even though they wrote it down from there own screen. I wont be waiting in for these clowns again as they cant keep apointments. If they happen to turn up whilst I am in then that's fine but theres no point making appointments.

Having worked with Goom for many months I have been highly impressed. Both the in house team and Engineers are highly dedicated in what they do, and in providing the best standard of professionalism. I highly recommend.

Stay clear these are probably the worst company we have ever subcontracted too and now they have bumped us first they knocked us down on a pre agreed price and now they are saying we have a load of there materials we confirmed with the wholesaler we didn’t have them…… avoid like the plague they couldn’t run a bath never mind anything else

These people are so unprofessional. They have made not 1, but 3 appointments with me and cancelled all 3 on the day. The first time the engineer had to look after his child, 2nd time no one was in the area and the 3rd time engineer apparently rang in sick. As I’m self employed it has lost me 3 days pay, but they don’t care. If I was paying them I would not have rebooked them, but unfortunately when you have a council house you have to use who the council send. Very bad and unprofessional service. I would give 0 stars if it were possible.

VERY VERY BAD!!! Arranged several appointments with these people during school holidays and they never turned up to neither appointment!! NEVER contacted me to tell me they were not coming and wasted my time. When i did call, the woman was unapologetic and said each time the engineer was sick.
PLEASE, find another company as this one is useless to say the least!!
