Very poor communication from Rob regarding progress on the work I needed doing. Unfortunately Covid-19 happened fairly swiftly after accepting him to do the work (initial communication was around mid March), which some leeway must be given for the extended time frame. This however does not excuse the lack of communication. It is now nearly 4months down the line and I am left having to find a new electrician to carry out the work needed. The only positive would be this has made me conduct research into the correct replacement required and it's compatability which for someone who had no knowledge, I'm now confident I'll be able to fully explain to the next electrician exactly what I require.

Very happy! Rob cleaned and serviced my storage heater. Checked and advised on another heater. He will service and repair existing appliances where possible. His prices are fair and reasonable. Very pleased to find him.

I would highly recommend RB Electrical. Rob came round initially, advised what was required and what the cost would be. He returned a few days later as agreed and fitted the new light fitting. Good value and very professional service.

I had a fuse board replaced in garage, new electrics in shed with sockets and light, some pond electrics done and a consumer unit taken out in an old shed. Rob was very punctual arriving at 8:30 and did a solid day’s work. All electrics were tested and certified. He also replaced a dodgy RCD in the house consumer unit. He was tidy, professional and very friendly. His work was quality and tidy. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him.
