I booked an appointment to service our boilers and gave the receptionist my details. Goddard had previously serviced the boilers on a number of occasions. When nobody attended I telephoned and the receptionist was extremely rude. She stated I had given an incomplete address, which was totally untrue, and they could not identify me. It seems records are not kept my name as well as address and it was obvious no effort had been made to locate me. Despite me waiting in all afternoon, no apology was given and I was rudely told that I would have to wait circa 2 weeks for another appointment. I will not be using them again and would rate no stars if available.

Not a very good service at all. I booked an appointment today for 08:00 for a radiator to be installed. also for an incorrectly installed radiator (goddards) covering a double socket to be taken down ??? I don't know what regulators covers that fine work
I have been sent a bill twice for work that remains incomplete. ?
Oh and not a single courtesy call. REALLY poor.

Very disappointing service, and cannot take any feedback.
Requested a shower to be fitted, had to chase for samples , installation date and was given no product details. Just expected to turn up and fit what they like with no consultation or choice on shower or shower panels.
Did not like to be questioned on anything and then turned nasty.

Smelt gas coming from under the floorboards whilst decorating, called Goddards who were excellent & sent 2 engineers who tested the meter and fixed the issue. Very pleased with the service and peace of mind they provided. Have used Goddards many times over the years and always had great service.

I have been a loyal customer of Goddards for many years and I can honestly say they are brilliant ! Very professional and friendly.

Amazing service and well mannered staff, really helpful and helped me to get everything sorted. The boss Richard was really understanding and helped for future work getting done. Definitely come back to this company

We’ve used Goddards a few times. The service is always very good and they are very skilled. They are extremely expensive though so be careful and check the quotes. We got billed £400 for a simple job that took 2 hours. If you have any disputes Richard is extremely hard to contact and liase with you once he’s taken your money.
Don’t be fooled by the response. They came at 8am and left at 10am. We saved £50 but still cost £400..materials were minimal as it was a plastic pipe. I called three times and took over a week for a very reluctant and impatient response but only because I called again. I was clearly a nuisance. They did a good job but just warning people to expect to pay a lot for it.

Solid plumbers that do work - always incredibly busy though, and not the cheapest.
